LASHED is an appointment-based business. Therefore, last-minute rescheduling is highly discouraged and also takes away the opportunity for other potential clients to schedule an appointment.
COMMITMENT FEES
All services require a commitment deposit at the time of booking— Your appointment is not confirmed until a deposit is made. This deposit will count towards the remaining balance of your service. All commitment fees are nonrefundable.
WHY ARE DEPOSITS NON-REFUNDABLE?
Deposits are not only a commitment fee— but also an agreement. It secures a placeholder in a schedule and reserves that time for you. If the client’s appointment does not follow through, the non-refundable deposit compensates for loss revenue. Small businesses depend on appointments, deposits ensure that we have secured appointments to look towards!
RESCHEDULES
Each deposit is honored with one rescheduling opportunity. Reschedules must be made at least 72 hours prior to your appointment time to transfer your deposit. Failure to give notice before the minimum time will result in forfeiting your deposit (commitment fee) —a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.
PUNCTUALITY
Please be courteous of others with appointments by arriving in a timely manner. Please text 415-574-0228 when you arrive and I will let you know when to come in.
There is a 15 minute grace period— please account for travel time and traffic. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may be subject for a possible reschedule, fee, or forfeited deposit. Please notify us in advance if you are running late. Over 30 minutes late is considered a no-call, no-show, and an additional non-refundable commitment deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment.
CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS
All deposits are a commitment to a service— therefore any form of cancellation will result in a forfeited deposit. No Call No Shows are an automatic forfeited deposit— if this occurs, 50% of the service must be deposited in order to rebook a new appointment.
FEELING SICK?
If you are experiencing these symptoms (cold/cough, sore throat, flu-like, fever), feel sick, or have been in contact with someone who is COVID-19 positive, you will be required to reschedule your appointment until the symptoms have resolved. IRREGULARITIES ON THE LIP OR CLOSE TO LIP LINE
If any form of open wounds, bruises, swelling, or blistering like pimples, cold sores, fever blisters, canker sores, etc occurs near or on your appointment date— please immediately notify and submit photos of the area of concern for approval. This includes any irregularities that may affect the shaping and skin of your mouth area.
Coming to your appointment with any form of irregularities without notification will be subject to forfeiting your deposit. If an irregularity occurs on the day of your appointment— you have until 3 hours prior to your appointment time to notify and submit photos for approval or be eligible for a reschedule. Any later than the deadline will be subject for a forfeited deposit and a new deposit must be made for a new booking.

- Dress comfortably since you will be laying down for a few hours. Hair ties and accessories may cause discomfort.
- You can apply makeup so I can see how you like to draw your brows, eyeliner or lipstick color (PMU Service).
- Our studio can be chilly, so please bring a jacket or blanket if you get cold.
- You may wear earphones.

- If you need to reschedule/cancel before the 72 hours, please go to your confirmation email to manually do it yourself. If you choose to cancel for ANY reason, your booking fee is forfeited.

- If you are running more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment, and your booking fee forfeited.
- We ask you to please be kind to give 72 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations within the 72 hour window will be charged 50% of the total service(s) price.
- Any no-shows no-calls/same day cancellation will be charged up to 100% of the total services(s).
- Deposits are non-refundable, if cancelled you will lose your deposit and must rebook again. We thank you for your understanding and look forward to seeing you soon.

DISCLAIMER - PERMANENT MAKEUP / TATTOO
- All results will vary per person depending on their skin, blood type, lifestyle, existing hair, bone structure, face shape, and medications taken, and aftercare. Everyone's skin takes differently to permanent makeup and we cannot guarantee 100% successful results.
- THIS IS TYPICALLY A TWO STEP PROCESS: Initial + a perfecting session. While some clients may accept the pigment and heal beautifully without a touch-up, most clients are required to come back for a second session. On some rare cases, a third session may be needed to achieve the desired look
- Nobody’s face is totally symmetrical and you need to be realistic with your expectations. I will try to make it look symmetrical as best as I can but it will not be 100% symmetrical.
- If you are out in the sun a lot, have oily skin, use anti-aging creams, retinA/retinol products, acidic cleansers, natural elements, regular chemical peels, or exercise frequently, your permanent makeup WILL fade prematurely. The better you take care of the treated area and follow the provided aftercare, the longer it will last.
- We reserve the right to refuse our services.

Any treatment, medication, or illness that compromises the immune system / healing would not make you a good candidate for permanent makeup.

- Has present open wound, bacterial or viral infection
- Aged skin that is extremely thin or severely wrinkled

We do not offer refunds on services. Allergic reactions from lash extensions/ lash lifts can happen to anyone, if you are concerned please consult with your doctor before service. If you experience an allergic reaction or discomfort after service, we will remove them free of charge.
